1. Placing an Order
Orders are placed independently by the user on the website by selecting a service and filling out the application form. After placing an order, the client receives a confirmation to the specified email address or messenger (if applicable).
By placing an order, the user confirms the accuracy of the information provided and agrees to the payment and service terms.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is made online through a secure payment gateway using available methods: bank cards, digital wallets, and other methods supported by the payment system.
Payment is considered complete after successful confirmation of the transaction by the payment system. All prices are indicated in the currency specified on the website.

- The user's card details are not stored on the service provider's servers
- The service provider is not responsible for technical failures on the part of the payment system
3. Service Delivery Timeframes

If the service is provided in digital format (access to materials, tests, consultations, etc.), access is granted:
- immediately after payment confirmation, or
- within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation — if preparation or scheduling is required.
4. Service Delivery Methods
Services are provided in an online format, unless otherwise specified on the specific service page.
Delivery methods may include:
- access to a personal account or digital materials
- online consultations in video or text format
- delivery of results or reports by email
- participation in online programs and webinars

5. Delivery of Physical Goods
No physical delivery of goods is carried out.
All services are provided remotely in electronic form. Access to digital materials is transferred through a personal account or by email.
6. Refunds and Service Cancellation
The client has the right to cancel the service before it has begun.
A refund is available in the following cases:
- cancellation before access to the service has been granted
- inability to provide the service due to the fault of the service provider
No refund is issued if the service has already been provided in full or in part — including cases where access to materials has been granted, a consultation has been conducted, or results have been delivered — except as required by applicable law.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, within 5–10 business days after the refund is confirmed.
